Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations and subsequent input in the computer system.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of town and events/happenings within the city at all times, and to ensure enquiries are met with concise and accurate information.
- To provide concise and accurate information concerning range of services and facilities provided by the Hotel to guests and visitors.
- To ensure all information relating to reservation is keyed correctly into the system.
- To attend to all guests’ queries and requests in a helpful and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Good written and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
