Job Description:
- To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.
- To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
- Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation.
- Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in construction environment.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
- Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.
- To be based in project site office.
