Job Description: Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage time attendance system and review timesheets for payroll processing.
* Follow up on and manage all work pass related matters.
* Maintain, and update all leave records, including all government leave claim submission.
* Manage tax clearance (IR21) and annual income tax submission (IR8A).
* Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection and developing effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
* Conduct new hire orientations.
* Administer the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policy and process.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
* Undertake and execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Administrative Responsibilities:
* Maintain agreements’ file relating to HR and admin.
* All other related administrative duties.
* Undertake and execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
* Meticulous, systematic and organised.
* Able to work independently without much supervision.
* Good verbal and written communication skills
