Administrative Operations Executive
Job Discription
- Planning and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Leading marketing campaigns
- Liase with clients, prospects, internal and external staffs through emails, phone calls or whatsapp
- Carry out basic administrative task such as: data management and customer relationship management
- Create documents, presentations, illustrations and videos using softwares/ online applications such as Canva
- Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
Skill required
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Google Office Suite (Gmail, GCalender, GDrive) and Online Graphic-Designing Website (eg. Canva)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, well-organised and attentive to details
- Ability to craft emails
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
