SCOPE OF WORK

  • Receiving and attending to requests from walk-in customers, phone calls & any other form of enquiries.
  • Making phone calls on behalf of school to parents/partners as part of concierge service.
  • Administering room key issuance and tracking movement.
  • Follow up on student attendance/late coming/early dismissal
  • Monitor the well-being and follow-up on the movements of students in sick bay.
  • Item/document delivery and tracking return by staff, students and parents.
  • Any other admin work

Qualifications, skills and experience:

(a) Full GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or other relevant and equivalent certifications.

(b) 3 years experience in frontline customer service


2. The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

(a) Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel

(b) Good communication and inter-personal skills

(c) Pleasant and confident personality

(d) 3 years experience working as a front office receptionist in schools, preferably in a secondary school setting

(e) Certifications in skills relevant to front office reception and administration.
