Job Description:

· Support the team on administrative and project management work where required.

· Administrative support to Project team inclusive but not limited to meeting arrangements, minutes taking and clearances, keeping track of job tasks, preparation of reports and documentation, etc.

· Review and ensure Project Documents are complete and lodged in available organisation platforms for knowledge sharing; and Electronic Registry to comply with Audit requirement.

· Participate in the development and implementation of enhanced processes for the Division; assist to identify areas for improvement.

· Assist to create Division’s project databases; and compilation of documents and drawings to create standard reference templates for use.

· Administrative support to the Division in other areas including but not limited to work planning, finance, meetings, management reports and staff events.


Working Arrangement:

Location: City Hall

Contract Duration: 5 Months

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays (Office Hours)

Salary: Up to $3200/Month


Job Requirements:

· At least 3 years of working experience.

· Experience working on construction projects or construction related firms will be advantageous.

· Efficient, organised, highly motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Good coordination skill, meticulous and attentive to details.

· Strong communication and writing skills.

· Good team player and able to work independently when required.
