Our client is look for a dynamic individual to join them as Senior Associate or Associate.



Position Summary

To support our growing climate & sustainability/ESG advisory and assurance business across the region, we seek for associates to join our team. As a member of our team, you will assist the managers, directors, and partners on ESG advisory and assurance engagements.


Primary Role: Senior Associate / Associate, ESG Advisory and Assurance


Job Description:

You will work with managers, directors, and partners to deliver a range of climate and ESG advisory

engagements, including sustainability reporting and assurance, financial impact assessment of sustainability, climate change and carbon, sustainable finance, sustainability data management and analytics, and sustainability communication. You will assist with all aspects of the end-to-end engagement process, including working to agreed timetables, developing the scope of work and deliverables, developing appropriate work programmes, and drafting deliverables.


Qualifications:

Two to five years of working experience in audit/ attestation engagements, preferably with prior

ESG related work experience. Or relevant experience in ESG advisory. Fresh graduates with internship

experience on sustainability will also be considered for Associate.


Required Skills

  • Degree or above from a recognized university or institution in a ESG related degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Inquisitive mind with a strong passion for sustainability and ESG issues.
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills and an ability to translate recommendations and other ideas effectively and concisely in reports, presentation materials, client proposals and other written communication.
  • Be a self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and team performance, and proactively seeks out ways to better address our clients’ needs.
  • Willingness and demonstrated experience in quickly and effectively climbing learning curves.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality work whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and poise in working with and presenting to clients and in developing relationships with potential clients.
  • IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
