JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
· Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
· Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
· Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions
· Ensure new employees complete all required paperwork and understand company policies and procedures
· Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement activities and training sessions
· Assist with special HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and performance reviews
· Prepare HR reports and presentations as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
