Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our partners in their executive search efforts by conducting comprehensive research, identifying potential candidates, and providing critical insights that drive successful placements. This position is ideal for someone with a growth mindset, a positive attitude, and a passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Actively participate in designing the search strategy with the Partner / Consultant; pro-active involvement as a valued team contributor throughout the search process from pitch to candidate development.
· Providing research in support of candidate identification activities of the practice. Develop appropriate candidate target lists for the Partner / Consultant using online tools, social media, phone calls, print materials and a wide range of other information resources.
· Attend search kick-off meetings, suggest possible target companies or candidates, and attend client briefings and meetings when possible.
· Develop a full understanding of the search and the research needs of clients, developing confidence and trust of colleagues and clients.
· Utilize various databases, online resources, and networking to gather information on candidates and market trends.
· Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information
· Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the team
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
· Detail-oriented, proactive, self-driven and with good learning agility
· Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline and cope with fast-paced environment
· Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
· Quality focused and ability to drive continuous improvement.
