Our client is seeking to hire part-timers (PT) to support its membership recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Staff will be required to do several rounds of stand-up speech (speaking) to different groups of migrant workers in a classroom setting over the indicated working hours.
The part time staff will be given standard materials and a standard speech to speak aloud and inform scheduled workers about the benefits of enrolling their memberships to ensure their employments rights are protected.
The staff will also answer simple queries from the group and refer complicated queries (which are not found in training materials or FAQ) to any permanent staff on site or to the hotline provided
Propose changes to enhance the operation / environment/ setting to engage the workers, if any
Assist with preparing daily and/or monthly reports, if any.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
