RESPONSBILITIES:
- Increase the adoption of calculators in schools through partnering with government agencies or institutions in ASEAN.
- Explore new opportunities to grow the Calculators/Label Printers business in ASEAN.
- Allocate HQ’s regional sales targets by countries and develop country-specific strategies to achieve HQ’s sales target.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and develop catching-up strategies to close the gaps.
- Work with local sales teams to set sales targets and discuss marketing strategies for distributors during business negotiations.
- Work closely with local and regional sales counterparts/distributors, etc. and monitor the progress to ensure plans are properly executed.
- Prepare monthly regional performance reports and present information to local Management and Japan HQs.
- Disseminate branding and product related information from Japan HQ to regional offices and ensure consistency in communication and execution.
- Translation of English reports to Japanese version for management reporting purposes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experiences in Japanese MNCs and has experience managing a team.
- Good business acumen and related sales management experience in FMCG Electronics products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N1) to read, write and converse fluently in both Japanese and English when liaising and reporting between Japanese HQ and its overseas subsidiaries on day to day basis.
