Job Description:
- Responsible for the business and financial success of the outlet operations with control of sales, labour, packaging, food and beverage cost performance.
- Ensure compliance in food, service and cleanliness operating standards of Jollibee and in accordance to regulations.
- Responsible for people management including recruitment, motivation, training and development, and scheduling.
- Provide effective leadership in leading the team to achieve targets.
- Handle all customer’s feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- To carry out additional functions and special projects as may be directed by the management.
Requirements:
- 1 year relevant experience in Fast Food or Quick Service restaurant
