Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Good written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office skills in excel and powerpoint
- Responsible, meticulous, pervasive and customer centric
- Have good learning attitude and able to work under fast pace environment
Job Description
- Service improvement for work efficiency, i.e. innovation through, e.g. automatic invoice payment, use of Robotic Process Automation for IT contracts
- Tracking raising of procurement needs, Purchase Orders, IT payments, reminding vendor on invoicing
- Manage IT vendors security clearance and access rights
- Assist IT project managers on IT service requests, assets record paperwork such as updating and condemnation
- Assist to track key IT deliverables (e.g. IT Asset and Inventory Management)
- IT Contract tracking for services that are due (e.g. 3 months before it lapses)
