Position Summary:
The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for fostering and developing strategic relationships with a variety of corporate leaders by providing our collaboration and workspace technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, focusing on their needs in collaboration solutions and IoT-enabled workspace technology.
- Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets and explore opportunities for business expansion within the collaboration solutions domain.
- Strategic Account Planning: Formulate and execute strategic account plans for key clients, adapting to evolving client needs and market trends in collaboration solutions and workspace technology.
- Solution Advocacy: Represent the entire range of DVI Solutions’ collaboration solutions and IoT workspace technologies to clients, staying current with industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations in the field of collaboration solutions and workspace technology.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback and market intelligence to guide product and service development in collaboration solutions, ensuring competitive positioning in the industry.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities, providing regular updates to management.
Required Education/Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with experience in managing tender process
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B corporate sales environment.
- Experience in collaboration solutions, IoT, or related fields would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant accounts and build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
