- Salary: $15K - $20K (with AWS and KPI Bonus of up to 20% of annual package)

Department Management
- Oversee design, detailing, specification preparation, and construction for advanced tech and life science projects.
- Review Mechanical designs for technical compliance with client requirements.
- Develop recovery plans for design, cost, and schedule issues.
- Represent Mechanical Department in monthly HOD and department meetings.
Employee Management
- Mentor Lead Engineers to ensure proper training and company growth.
- Establish competency profiles and development/training plans for each team member.
- Manage performance, goals, and succession planning.
- Promote graduate programs for recruitment.
Employee Development
- Ensure Mechanical team is fully trained on regulatory codes and industry best practices.
- Drive employee engagement and support career advancement.
Commercial
- Support tendering and estimating activities for Mechanical works.
- Develop cost-effective Mechanical solutions aligned with company growth plans.
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors during tendering.
Resource Planning & Allocation
- Allocate manpower for tenders, design, and project execution.
- Manage Mechanical engineers and assign duties for multiple projects.
Technical Controls
- Serve as a technical controller for Mechanical submissions and approvals.
- Implement design checklists and attend design reviews.
Sales
- Acquire business through personal network and collaboration with Business Development and Proposal teams.
- Represent the company at trade and industry events.
Job Requirements
- Master / Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Honours Degree preferred
- 10 - 12 years professional related experience including 5 years in a leadership capacity
- At least 10 years of Design and Construction experience in a high-tech industry or other multiple discipline orientated construction business
- Worked in Singapore and fully aware of the Singapore local Authority Laws and Regulations as well as authority approval processes
