· Manage, develop and execute business plan and strategy for retail partnerships (franchisee, department stores, marketplace, other partners etc), to ensure attainment of Company goals and profitability
· Prepare action plans and effective search of leads and potential retail partners/brands
· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans, including engaging suitable retail partners and internal stakeholders
· Provide timely feedback to the Management regarding retail and brand partnerships performance
· Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing information to the management for approval
· Negotiate the best possible commercial terms with retail and brand partners
· Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance and Procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met on a timely basis
· Maintains contact and relationship with relevant partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction
· Project accurate representation of Company to clients and partners
· Oversee distribution and delivery by Supply Chain/Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of goods
· Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients/partners
Requirements
· Candidates with experience in Sales / Brand Management, particularly Beauty category or premium/ lifestyle brand is appreciated
· Strong organizational and analytical skills
· Adaptable and flexible
· Positive attitude, pleasing personality and ability to work well in teams
