Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) revenue targets and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Forecast sales trend and anticipate market changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the team to review and finalise contracts, ensuring compliance with Company
policies and regulations. - Customise solutions to clients, obtain approval by showing details of costings from Management before presenting to client.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling and market research.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Attend to site shows in GeBIZ or Private FM job.
- Timely tabulation of costing to seek approval before submission.
- Responsible for meeting targets/KPI set out by management on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Job Requirements:
- Diplomas in Real Estate Management and Facilities Management related, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proven track record of success in Business Development and Sales in Facilities Management Industry
- Strong MS Office and numeracy skills
- Fluent written and oral communication skills
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, pro-active and possess strong relationship building skills
