Construction Firm looking for Administrative Assistant.
- Coordinate and follow up on outstanding purchase order, delivery schedule and supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate suppliers list, record of purchase and product prices.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal staff for procurement and related matters.
- Any other ad-hoc or administration matters assigned.
- Update of workers timecard
- Posted to Changi construction site office.
- Transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT & Yishun MRT.
Job Requirement
- Fresh grad are welcome.
- Autocad / Computer knowledge.
- Plumbing & Sanitary background. (With Electrical background will be advantage)
- Meticulous and good communication skill.
- Good negotiation skill.
