Individual to be involved in:
1. Supervise Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
2.Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking and stockouts. Maintain accurate inventory records.
3.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
4.Safety Standards: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
5.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
6.Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and shipping efficiency.
