Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute monthly workshops for customer engagement.
· Plan and execute leadership events to achieve sales goals.
· Gather 2 testimonials from customers per month.
· Capture videos and photos during achievement presentation workshops, graduations, and events.
· Prepare for lesson workshops, including participant list, workbook, name tags, certificates, classroom setup, food orders, etc., to ensure the smooth delivery of lessons.
· Update weekly postings on company Facebook and LinkedIn accounts (content writing, video editing, and graphic design skills are required).
· Conduct prospecting activities to generate 50 leads per month.
· Assist with other cross-functional ad-hoc tasks.
