Role: Senior Application Support Analyst
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Application remediation and support troubleshooting
- Analyse and troubleshoot issues raised by user and dig deeper to the root cause
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide technical support for critical business systems
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of the system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system support and troubleshooting
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
