Property Manager
Our client, a leading real estate company is looking for Property Manager to supervise a team of site staffs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the company’s properties.
- Lead and manage a team of site staff responsible for property maintenance and operations.
- Work closely with other departments to support business plans and needs.
- Develop and implement strategies for the effective and efficient management of properties.
- Plan, monitor, and manage budgets while implementing cost control measures.
- Allocate manpower resources to meet operational and business needs.
- Ensure vendors and contractors complete repair and maintenance works.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Property Development / Real Estate Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong team player with excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are preferred.
