Roles and Responsibilites:
- To support the sales team and ensure timely and accurate order processing and subsequent logistic arrangement.
- To manage and control purchases with optimal stock levels, best cost efficiency and punctual deliveries.
- To attend to all office administration duties.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite
- Knowledge in Accounting and Finance is an added advantage
- To assist with petty cash and basic accounting work.
- Any other duties to be assigned as required
- With diploma certificate or equivalent with relevant experience may apply.
- Good interpersonal, communications and customer support skills.
- Well Organized with strong attention to details
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good command of major working languages will be given preferrance
- Junior level candidates are encourage to apply and candidates with more experience will be considered for senior role.
