A global player in the technology industry is seeking a Senior Learning Development Specialist to join their fast-growing organisation .
In this role, you’ll lead the creation and implementation of innovative training programs aligned to organisational objectives. In this exciting role, you will analyse learning needs, develop competency frameworks, and craft engaging content that empowers employees with essential soft skills like problem-solving and communication. This involves designing of impactful training programmes customised to employees at all levels. With strong project management skills, you will oversee multiple L&D initiatives while collaborating with subject matter experts to curate relevant content.
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree from a recognised university and have at least 5 years of end-to-end Learning and Development experience in a MNC set up. You are comfortable being hands-on, from the development, execution and doing the training for the L&D materials.
