Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance & Service Department in dealing with On-site Maintenance & Service works & co-ordination with sub-contractors on repair works
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
- Attend to Emergency calls by Client.
- Assess the problems on site before reporting back to HOD.
- Carry out scheduled Maintenance & Servicing on electrical & mechanical systems & prepare the service report.
- Requires to be hands-on to carry out minor repair works.
- To carry out trouble-shooting and preventive maintenance on site.
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by sub-contractors.
- Maintain the office store in order with proper documentation.
- Assist HOD to attend to Scheduled Annual Shut Down of Customers
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/ Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in M&E works (Electrical /ACMV)
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
