Job Description
Order Management
• Accountable for the end-to-end outbound and post-purchase customer experience for our online market/s.
• Liaise with the retail and customer service teams to ensure a seamless post-purchase customer experience.
Fulfillment and Warehouse Operations
• Delegate work, encourage and provide feedback to the team and be the "go to" person for inbound and outbound operations and quality checks.
o Ensure all orders are shipped out accurately.
o Work with our delivery partners to ensure orders are delivered on time.
o Ensure that the outbound team has the necessary supplies and equipment at all times to perform their tasks and duties.
o Together with the store managers, be responsible for ensuring stores are well stocked on time.
o Perform cycle count to ensure inventory is accurate.
o Receive, QC check and putaway incoming shipments in a timely manner.
o Ensure defects are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
o Conduct cycle counts, investigate inaccuracies and provide solutions to improve inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
o Develop and maintain processes to ensure inventory accuracy, inventory movement traceability.
Supply and Inbound Operations
• Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers with the supply team and freight forwarders, ensuring timely, cost efficient delivery.
• Accountable for receiving shipments accuracy and reporting on any discrepancies.
• Generate reports on defects and QC checks to provide feedback to suppliers.
Vendor Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL and logistics service providers.
• Track and analyze costs associated with logistics and transportation and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
• Resolve issues or disruptions in the supply chain promptly and effectively.
Studio General Management
• Oversee restocking of pantry and office supplies
• Assist in ad hoc duties and tasks pertaining to the Studio and Warehouse.
Other Responsibilities
• Lead business operations improvement initiatives.
• Assist in projects to support business plans.
Job Requirements
• 5 days work week
• Responsive to provide necessary support to the retail teams during store opening hours (Daily, 11am to 7pm). Off - in- lieu provided if needed to support after normal office hours.
• Minimum 3-year experience in relevant functions such as e-commerce operations, supply chain management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership position in relevant functions.
• Proficient in excel skills
• Prior experience in Shopify and project management are preferred.
