· Office management
· Supervision of office affairs- keeping regular standards and requirements (maintaining water containers supply and snack, stationary supply); meeting rooms booking and supervision
· Tenancy Agreement handling
· Maintenance and extension of the Company’s main insurance policies (annual), Work Injury and Business insurance/Office insurance for Company
· Contact with Contractors where needed: various Vendors, Suppliers, Cleaning Service, Fire extinguishers Service provider, Stationary orders, Copy machine related status; maintenance & extension of the related various contracts, annually/monthly
· Contact with various service providers and vendors for the new/changed log ins/portal inf :Microsoft, Google, Siteground, Sucuri , Rain Viewer, etc), maintenance& extension of the various contracts, annually/monthly
· Communication with Finance and HR Department if when needed
· Communication across the Company/Office, internally, for the related matters
· Other ad hoc duties which might coccinellid come up within the context of the Office Management
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
· Professional attitude and appearance.
· 3 – 5 years proven experience in office management or similar role.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
