Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned property and maintain the estate in a safe, good and operational condition for occupants
- Advise the Management Corporation in accordance to by-laws, legislations, standards and requirements governing building maintenance and strata management in Singapore
- Perform due diligence through site inspections that contracted services or routine maintenance have been carried out according to specifications
- Liaise with the government agencies, developer, architect, contractors and service providers on behalf of the Management Corporation
- Conduct meetings for the Management Corporation, from agenda planning, preparing progress updates to drafting of meeting minutes
- Respond to after-office-hours emergency calls, messages and emails and take appropriate actions
- Plan and track annual budget for maintenance fee and sinking fund of the estate.
- Write circulars, notices, reminders and/or letters for display of notices.
- Supervise site staff and term contractors to ensure deliverables & KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Building/Estate Management or related discipline.
- Proven experience in property management industry.
- Strong knowledge of running Management Corporations and the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act.
- Demonstrated strong ability to influence and negotiate.
- Attentive to details, takes pride in operational excellence.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and people management skills.
- Resourceful problem solver.
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite of apps.
