Job specifics
- 80% Hunter role
- Develop new sales through cold-calling, networking, canvassing and other prospecting efforts
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales KPI
- Build & maintain business relationship with clients
- Arrangement and attending of client meetings
- Negotiation of deals and proper handling of clients’ feedbacks
- Collaboration with team members to achieve better results
- Provide insights garner from clients/prospects to internal team
Requirements
- Requires to communicate Chinese with Chinese speaking clients
- Proven sales experience preferably in the frozen meat (Beef/Pork/Lamb) of food industry
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and customer behaviour in the sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Results-oriented with a good track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel as when required
