  • Support HR initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and agility.
  • Help implement people strategies to develop and motivate managers, and manage employee performance to foster a culture of respect, care, and accountability.
  • Assist in talent acquisition, ensuring appropriate staffing levels in collaboration with recruiters.
  • Support high-potential employee development, succession planning, and overall employee growth.
  • Collaborate on talent retention strategies to attract, develop, and retain key employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and address potential conflicts early to avoid escalation.
  • Support performance reviews and development plans, identifying training needs for employees.
  • Contribute to process and performance improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive workplace engagement and diversity initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and leadership.
  • Manage payroll processes, including statutory submissions, tax filings, and preparation of payroll-related reports.
  • Maintain payroll documentation for internal and external audits, in collaboration with HR.
  • Support compensation and benefits analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in training needs analysis and resolve HR system issues.
