- Project Planning & Coordination
- Prepare detailed project plan factoring all deliverables, risks and associated mitigations.
- Prepare Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Steering Committee Reports and adhoc Project Status Report covering all critical aspects.
- Spearhead the Weekly Status Meeting with internal and external project team, Monthly Steering Committee Meeting and other internal project status meeting.
- Stakeholders Management
- Develop healthy relationship with the customer PMO & SME Team members
- Liaison with Lead Consultant(s) and ensure that the customer PMO & SME Team members are providing milestone sign off on time
- Project Team Management
- Establish and maintain cohesive working environment within the internal project team members, and keep the morale of the team high, especially during challenging times.
- Problem Solving &Critical Thinking
- Solve the issues raised by the internal project team members including solutioning, functional aspects, technical aspects and customer management.
- Explore out-of-the box solutions to manage the challenges faced during the project. Partner with Project Director to address the challenges in timely manner.
- Manage Project Profitability
- Ensure the overall allocation and resource utilization is optimal, so that the actual cost of project remains within the budgeted cost.
- Anticipate Risk and Plan
- Anticipate risks arising due to internal or external stakeholders that can impact the success of project.
- Partner with Project Director to address the challenges in timely manner.
