- Support with other administrative tasks as required
- Good attitude & able to work independently
- Perform data-entry in ERP/Excell, documentation, printing and filling duties
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
- Generate Invoice
- Correspodence with clients
- Customer service,managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Payment chaser
- Support in submission of monthly claim / receivable for projects.
- Self-motivated, Pro-active, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented
- Good command of MS Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of secretarial or admin assistance will be an advantage.
- Perform other duties as and when
