International Move Coordinator
Salary: $3800 - $4500
Working Hours: 5 days, 8.30am - 5pm
Working Location: Jurong Logistics Hub
Reporting to the Team Leader / Vice President of Operations - Europe & Asia.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to:
- Manage household goods services for our global clients DTD
- Act as the primary point of contact to relocating families
- Coordinate international moving services and provide customer service support
- Coordinate move services DTD with agent or branches closely to ensure successful logistical coordination for all household goods move
- Monitor shipment status, including accurate and timely updates to the Account – Point of Contact
- Maintain information in the client web portal and internal data bases
- Completing financial and administrative tasks such as invoicing and reporting
- Participate in team meetings and client briefings
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Adept in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in customer service is a plus
