Roles and Responsibilities:
The talent acquisition executive is responsible to source quality candidates, fitting for the various brands of the organisation. He/she will be required to assess and determine job requirements, screening of candidates’ resumes, and forecasting of hiring needs.
Job Description:
- Liaise with internal departments to understand recruitment needs.
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Source potential candidates through all available portals, as well as coordinate with the marketing department for print media, posters, flyers or Employer Branding related materials as and when required.
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or video calls, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
- Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the organisation’s strategic planning.
- Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Collaborate with WSG/e2i for career fairs.
- Liaise with related school programs for traineeship and internship partnering programs.
- Prepare and maintain required reports for verification and checking of work processes and as required to support HR initiatives for various HR functions.
