Responsibilities
- In charge of order processing via email or phone when it received from respective salesman.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with assigned salesmen to ensure sales orders, reporting and not to miss out sales orders.
- Liaise with the Logistics department for the delivery arrangement and to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in Business Central System
- Develop weekly, monthly sales reports for assigned salesmen.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Maintain a proper filing and document control system for recording and tracking documents
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with Microsoft dynamic( BC) software and MS Excel in particular
- Good in organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Able to start work immediately/ Able to quickly adapt to new environments
- Who can work on Sunday, but WFH is allowed.
