Customer Service Officer (Relocation industry)

Purpose of job:
- To represent the company to the company’s corporate accounts.
- To provide the highest possible level of customer service.
- To manage the relationship between the company and the company’s corporate accounts: getting and keeping contact, following up the files, keeping a sales back-up
- Provide HR support
Job scope:
- Answer to phone enquiries / web enquiries
- To take down client’s removal details
- To set up survey appointments for sales department
- To take client’s requirements from the survey report & any other information source into account and formalize them in a quote for removal
- To ensure with the clients and the Operational Manager that the administrative file (export documentation) is duly filled and complete
- To promptly follow up on requests from direct client / branch / agents
- To prepare physical file, put in all necessary documents then pass to traffic department
- To tally details on system and physical document
- To update our internal excel sheets accordingly
- Ad-hoc task
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in logistics / relocation industry
