We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client's team as a Product and Operations Executive. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of our real estate mobile application. You will bridge the gap between product development and daily operations, working closely with both teams to optimize user experience and drive app growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Monitor and analyse app performance metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues: Proactively address app bugs, crashes, and user complaints.
- Manage app publishing and deployments: Conduct User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders; perform functional tests, prepare UAT script and scheduling testing. Ensure app releases are smooth, and sanity check are performed during deployment. Make submission to the App store.
- Monitor and maintain of ticketing platform & communication channels with app users: Monitor of tickets from helpdesk. Respond to user queries and feedback through various channels.
- Develop and implement process improvements: Make recommendations to optimize workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Product:
- Assist with product feature roadmap development and prioritization: Analyse user feedback, market trends, and competitor intelligence to inform product strategy.
- Manage product requirements and documentation: Work with product managers to refine user stories, create acceptance criteria, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure high-quality product execution: Provide feedback on prototypes, test new features, and identify potential issues.
- Conduct user research and A/B testing: Design and execute user research studies to understand user needs and preferences, analyse results, and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT application operations and/or product role, ideally within the real estate mobile app industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and mobile app user behaviour.
- Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Figma and Jira.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and user research methodologies is a plus.
