Role & Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for the certification of building and construction products, with opportunities to be involved in the assessment of BCA Green Mark projects as well as to support SGBC’s various programmes and outreach in areas of technical specialisation
- Conduct evaluation of building and construction products for their environmental impact against an established set of certification criteria
- Source and gather information on industry best practices and international standards to support the periodic review and development of certification criteria
- Engage with industry stakeholders to raise awareness of green procurement and environmental sustainability practices
- Support the delivery of SGBC events and programmes
Job Requirements:
- Degree in building and construction, engineering or related fields
- Green Mark Accredited Professional qualifications will be a key advantage
- Good understanding of the built environment industry and passion for environmental sustainability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organised and able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Singapore Citizen or PR
