Your Role
• Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on
• Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
• Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services.
