A new and exciting Product Development (6 months contract) position for a financial services company in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis to understand customer preferences and market dynamics.
- Create and implement comprehensive product development strategies targeting all customer segments, including lead generation and synergistic collaborations with the bank.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations throughout the product development process.
- Prepare all necessary product collaterals, product specifications and manage product approvals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in managing individual and group Accident & Health (A&H) product development, pricing or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong conceptualization and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
