Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via Emails in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner within service level
- Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers
- Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
- Handle calls when necessary
