Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Contract Period: 1 November 2024 – 31 December 2025 (with an option to extend for an additional 12 months)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Objective:
The Administrative Personnel will support the daily operations of the General Office and assist with administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the school's activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception:Handle frontline services, including answering phone calls and addressing general inquiries.
Attend to unwell students and provide first aid if necessary.
Manage lost and found items.
Ensure the Reception Area remains tidy and well-organized at all times.
- General Administration:Assist with routine administrative tasks, such as handling mail, faxing, receiving deliveries, and photocopying.
Issue certificates and manage other administrative documentations.
Support data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
Provide support for school events and other duties as assigned by the school.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Education:At least a GCE O Levels Certification or equivalent.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative roles.
- Skills:Proficient in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Contract Extension:
There is an option to extend the contract for an additional 12 months (from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026) based on the school’s discretion.
