Head of Marketing (Singapore)
We have been engaged by our client, a global leader in the Retail/F&B industry, to assist in the search for a Head of Marketing Singapore.
Job Responsibility
- Branding Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance Organisation Singapore brand identity and market positioning within the country.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online presence and engagement.
- Customer Services Leadership: Oversee customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including managing customer service teams and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and customer service budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, marketing, and customer service activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field would be preferred
- Extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and customer service leadership
- Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing and customer service management software.
