KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Centre of Excellence / Client Engagement
• A key link in the communication to clients for sales and order fulfillment, including but not limited to address their queries, anticipate issues and ensure order issues are resolved, on-time delivery are met and manage the critical expedites.
• Retain existing clients and ensure timely follow-up on their renewal status.
• Review and guide clients on the documents required for certification.
• Monitor, track and advise clients on their applications status.
• Facilitate problem resolution to increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate response to clients’ inquiries.
• Ensure that the clients’ databases are updated periodically.
• Identify, propose and implement improvements to the process to meet customer critical issues
• General business operations and finance

• Detail business operational redesign – at all levels – process, sub process, activity, task
• BPMS application design and generation (understand what must be done to support application generation and how to work with the technical BPMS staff to deliver successful BPMS solutions)

• The use of web services, data models, technical requirements and user interface design
Media Relation & Social Media
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and timely and relevant updates about general environmental news and unfolding SEC events.
• Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
• Attend networking events and product launches.
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
• Promote company’s services in the digital space.
• Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
• Monitor and update the Council’s corporate image and information on the Council’s corporate websites.
• Responsible for management and maintenance of SEC Partners, Advertising Agencies and Customers’ databases.
• Develop and create communication collaterals such as sales kit, brochures or video.
Green Communities
· Assist to arrange and conduct training workshops for all green hope auditors to promote environmentally responsible living.
· Assist to liaise with IT vendor to enhance the green homes website.
· Support the collation of audit bookings from residents.
· Assist to administer and ascertain the distribution of home audits to the volunteers.
· Provide monthly data to the finance department monthly to ensure prompt billing to the green home auditors.
· Assist to facilitate biodiversity learning trails.
· Assist to develop contents for the biodiversity trails.
Earth Helpers’ Programme
· Facilitate new recruitments sign-ups, garnering participation from schools, corporate and SEC’s clients.
· Provide support to execute on-going volunteer events.
· Assist to develop new volunteer events and activities.
· Garner participation from schools, corporate and SEC’s clients for SEC’s volunteer events.
· Assist to regularly update volunteer hours.
General Administration
· Any other adhoc duties and tasks as and when assigned by your direct supervisor or the Management.
