Our client, in the Technology consulting industry, currently has a need to hire a Talent Specialist/Coordinator to assist their Talent Acquisition team. This role is mainly focusing on Technology hiring.
The Role
The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of the recruiting process such as posting and updating job openings on various hiring platforms, liaising and coordinating with external agencies/recruitment firms, screening resumes received from recruitment firms and application forms, scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers, keeping detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview notes, maintaining HR databases, as well as coordinating orientation and on-boarding processes for new hires.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in HR or Business or any related discipline, with a min of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity. You should have decent communication skills as well as prior experience in recruiting for Technology function. You are familiar with resume databases, are proficient in MS Office and are able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
