Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) / Part-time / (Bedok)

C&w Services (s) Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to all customer calls
  • Log all enquiry, feedback and complaint cases promptly
  • Escalate, monitor and follow-up proactively with customers to ensure closure
  • Communicate and coordinate with teammates on outstanding cases

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level or above or other equivalent certifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience either front line or call center environment environment
  • Able to work at least 2 weekdays + 1 weekend
  • Work hours: Earliest shift from 7.30am, latest end 8pm (Flexible hours) OR 4pm to 11pm (Weekdays), 8am to 3pm (every Saturday)
  • 3 months contract (renewable)
