About the Role:
- Perform maintenance work in accordance to the FM Maintenance program to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Carry out of maintenance work for routine activities in accordance to procedures as required, ensuring compliance to Site Quality Manual and EHS Manual
- Carry out daily data logging, checking on equipment’s operational status, and experienced in early detection of faults for facilities systems
- Supervise/Perform in-house preventive maintenance work
- Supervise preventive maintenance work by external service vendors in accordance to PM checklist, and proper documentation of service report
- Attendance to complaints / feedback from client
- Cover duties at Security Office as required
- Housekeeping of tools, equipment store
- Attendance to equipment / system failure or shutdown, troubleshooting and returning the equipment / system to operational status.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement programs on facilities systems to ensure optimum energy efficiency and system robustness
- Provide facilities support for ad-hoc, expansion and hook up projects
- Implement safety programs and conduct safety training programs in compliance with Site EHS Manual
- Ensure compliance with all requirements as set by the Site Quality Manual
- Any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager / Engineer / Supervisor
About You:
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in any engineering field or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant facility management experiences or equivalent
