Join us as as a Business Process Specialist in Ben Line Agencies (Singapore).


We are looking for an experienced Business Process Mapping expert to be part of our team in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate plays a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.


Job Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Documentation

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Design and document new business processes, workflows and SOPs.

Process Improvement and Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement optimized future state processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate process changes and updates to all relevant parties.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor improvements, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 3-4 years) in business process management, process mapping, and process improvement.
  • Lean Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Project management experience and certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of process mapping methodologies such as BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using process mapping tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, ADONIS, ARIS)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business process management/ reengineering
  • Managed or consulted with process improvement projects across IT, Finance, Operations and HR
  • Strong Grammar and English composition
  • Documentation standards and best practices for creating policies and SOPs.
  • Understanding basics of document management and version controls.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • The ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to travel to other Ben Line offices (if necessary)
