Specific Job Role/Scope:
• Work together as a team at Import Billing section. Generate invoices, resolving customer questions and liaise with account holders on quotation.
• Liaise with Finance department on invoice approval and maintain good communication and teamwork with other departments.
• Accountable to Import Team Leader for the efficient operation of Import Services - Import Billing
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Performing day to day billing operations.
• Checking invoices and its accuracy.
• Sending of E-invoices to customers and overseas agents within deadline.
• Liaise with finance department on recovery matters.
• Submit monthly report.
• Monitor shipments pending for Routine Order advice.
• Attend to enquiries, complaints and request from inter department / within department / customers and overseas agent.
• Attend import monthly meeting.
• Undertake projects / work improvement.
• Assist Manager / Supervisor to enforce operational system/requirements.
Job Requirements:
. Min. 1 year experience in airfreight industry
. Min. 1 year experience in billing
