Job Description and Qualification:
This is a full time role for a Marketing cum Sales located in Woodlands Link. Our client manufactures health, beauty, food, and household products and your role focuses on supporting the recruitment and development of new Business Builders and Sales Leaders to drive the company’s growth and accelerate sales. It involves working closely with these leaders to help them achieve the company's objectives in both sales and recruitment, while also aiding in the expansion of existing markets and the development of new ones. Additionally, the role requires participation in the planning, coordination, and implementation of recruitment-related activities, such as rallies, seminars, meetings, training, and conventions. Travel to organize and assist in these events is a key part of the job. Effective communication with Business Builders is essential, ensuring they receive vital operational updates and new company developments. The role also involves gathering market intelligence, analyzing trends, and providing feedback to management in a timely manner. Lastly, the position includes handling other assignments as needed by the management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or similar discipline
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience in Direct Selling
- Willing to take on tasks beyond his/her role, when the need arises
